crazy as train tonight.. Iv never been so thrashed in my life after my 1st session boxing with one of my coaches I felt like being sick then once I jumped on the ring for my rounds I felt like screaming :L coach has no mercy when he’s on the pads and when he hits you with them defiantly no mercy! And finished the rounds on the bag bring on Saturday 5 days till fight night :D
